A delightful cottage, with out-reaching views over the valley near Blaenau Ffestiniog 200 yr old wooden cottage staircase, deep inglenook fireplace and beamed ceilings and a fantastic HOT-TUB under the stars!

We have just returned home from a fantastic stay at stars and clouds cottage. The host, Roger was more than helpful. The cottage was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub was fabulous and the views were amazing! We would definitely recommend a stay here!

A very enjoyable week at the cottage. The views from the property are spectacular and the games room/ hot tub really made it feel like a holiday. There was an issue with damp in one of the bedrooms but we understand this has now been fixed. We recommend this property! :-)

Beautiful cottage with beautiful features. Stayed with family and was able to entertain in the cottage with the very hot and clean hot tub and the games room. Fire Place is amazing and was built ready to light. Kitchen is well stocked and bathrooms are amazing with really good hot water. Roger was on hand at any point to provide assistance and is very helpful owner. My 1 year old daughter decided to ring him at midnight and tell him how amazing the cottage was haha and he was absolutely fine with it after apologising. Highly recommend and will also return. Brilliant cottage.

What do I have to say about this place. I am so happy for the time I’ve spent here with my friends. All amenities are close by pubs co-op cafes and restaurants in the town centre. There is zip world near by lots to go out and see if you like old mine and that sort of thing.

I would recommend staying here for good week or a long weekend plus there’s plenty to do around the house like games room darts pool and weight machine hot tub or just sit by the fire .

We had a lovely stay in the cottage. The summer house and hot tub made it really special. The views were fabulous. The games room was also a big bonus.

We stayed at Stars and Clouds for a week as a family of four, 2 adults, 2 teenagers.
The house was a base for us to do activities each day and come home to plenty space and comfort.
There are so many things to do in the locality, and this house is ideally placed for so many activities.
For example we did : White Water Rafting and Canyoning (Bala), Wakeboarding and Water Park (Glasfryn Parc), Underground Caverning and Bounce Below (Blaenau Festiniog), Snowdown (Train from Llanberis), Tobogganing (Llandudno).
And each day we came home to a fantastic relax in the Hot Tub, played to Pool in the games room, and cooked up dinner as required. Blaenau Festiniog in also a very short walk down a steep hill with lots of shops and bars.
Fully recommend Stars and Clouds which is a very high standard, extremely comfortable and leaves you wanting for nothing.

Mountain views from the house and garden are spectacular. The fireplace is a delight. The master room is spacious with a comfy bed and great shower en-suite. Low door heights - if over 5’2” be careful not to bang your head entering and exiting the kitchen. The house is homely, rustic and cosy. The garden was delightful for us adults (hot tub amazing with breathtaking views) but families with young children should be cautious in the garden due to changing height levels. Zip World, beach, waterfall and steam train ride all worth a visit. We had a fab time and would definitely recommend.

The location of this well equipped cottage is brilliant. Several walks from the door plus Zip Works walkable too. Amazing garden although it is on an incline so decent mobility needed. The hot tub has stunning views and was most welcome after some long hikes. Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen, garden, games room and utility shed. You'll need to duck under doorways if you are of average height or more but it is a cottage after all! Footpath past the house to town cuts out the need to use the car so much and cuts off time from GOOGLE maps. The owner called a couple of days before we arrived to give some useful information and again was keen to check everything was ok once we'd arrived. He's always looking to improve things and has covered pretty much all bases of a family's needs on holiday. Thank you. A superb holiday helped by our stay in this fantastic cottage.
